The room was cozy, though a bit small for all my gear.

Keith was cute, offering personalized assistance. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed, lovely armchairs, and a mini fridge stocked with fresh milk. The breakfast spread was excellent, especially the freshly cooked options. Everything was impeccably clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and amenities. Despite being on a main road, soundproof glazing kept the noise to a minimum. The shared bathroom could get busy during peak morning hours, a minor inconvenience. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the centre of town. A good experience!

it was clean, tidy, welcoming and very conveniently located for the town. There was private off street parking. We had an excellent breakfast and have no hesitation in recommending it. We will definitely visit it again.

Had a good stay! The cooked breakfast with fresh pancakes was excellent, and the small fridge with fresh milk in the room was a lovely surprise. Though traffic noise was a bit noticeable, it didn't ruin my stay. I'd happily return!

The breakfast was really good, with delicious pancakes and fresh fruit. The room was comfy, with lovely armchairs and a mini fridge stocked with fresh milk. We enjoyed scenic walks nearby and ferries to the Isle of Arran. The dogs were welcomed warmly.
My kids wished for more space to play.

It was truly a very very good stay in the lovely town of Largs, the hotel met required needs. The location was marvellous there, close to commercial shopping areas. Went to Drouthy Neebors for drink or two, set within a close distance from the property.

Best breakfast and warm vibes
Keith and the team are absolute legends! The breakfast spread was great, you could tell they put their heart into it. Loved the homemade soup and rolls at lunch, what a treat! Just a heads up, shared showers can get busy at times, but it's worth it for the vibe! Can't wait to go back!
